Sue retired from State Farm Insurance, where she served on the Regional Executive Team as their Director of Marketing. Prior to State Farm, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for Frank Russell Company. With more than 25 years managing Communications, Marketing and Business Development, Sue decided to start her own company helping Seniors “Rightsize”. Personal experience with parents convinced her that seniors and their family members become overwhelmed with the prospect of cleaning out and moving to a new home. Sue is a member of the South End Coalition for Senior Care Providers and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology.
Terry retired after 32 years of service with King County, most recently as the Assistant Director of King County Records, Elections and Licensing Services Division where she was responsible for HR, Finance and Budgeting, and Special Projects. She spent the next seven years wearing two hats, one as a contract functional analyst assisting with process redesign/reengineering and policy and procedure documentation and the other helping family and friends downsize. The latter is her passion and so joined life-long friend Sue to form Rightsizing For Seniors.
